This is not a workshop.
It’s a place to exhale.
For one honest hour, you get to stop white-knuckling, stop fixing, and stop carrying everything alone.
What This Is (and Isn’t)
This is:
A live, guided pause-and-reset
Nervous-system aware and trauma-informed
Gentle, grounding, and pressure-free
A place to breathe and get your bearings
This is not:
Therapy
Coaching homework
A productivity session
A place where you have to talk or perform
You don’t have to share.
Your camera can be off.
You don’t need to prepare anything.
Just come as you are.
What We’ll Do Together
In this live session, we’ll slow things down enough to:
Let your nervous system settle
Make sense of why “trying harder” isn’t working
Listen to what your body has been trying to tell you
Find a steadier place to stand — without fixing yourself
This is about relief, not transformation.
Who This Is For
This session is for women who:
Are tired of being “the strong one”
Feel stretched thin, numb, or overwhelmed
Are sober, sober-curious, or questioning their coping patterns
Want peace but don’t know where to start
Are done surviving and quietly craving something different
You do not need to identify with “recovery” to belong here.

(offered on the 2nd Wednesday of every month)
Time: 6:00–7:00 PM ET | 3:00–4:00 PM PT
Format: Live on Zoom
Cost: $25
The session will be recorded.
Live attendance is encouraged, never required.
You’ll receive the recording even if you can’t attend live.
To keep this space grounded and intimate, attendance is intentionally limited.
