What to Expect
This is a small group, six women, immersed with the herd of three horses for the day.
You’ll be moving through the day among the herd and alongside five other women, observing what the horses notice, and learning what they're picking up that you haven't said out loud yet.
Horses don't respond to the story you tell about yourself. They respond to what's actually happening underneath it. That's the whole day, distilled into one sentence.
There's space for coaching, quiet observation, journaling, and conversation that isn't forced. No horse experience is needed. No riding involved. This is ground-based work, built around presence and honest reflection.
